• Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities • Draws upon continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) to structure and incubate improvement opportunities • Builds and reviews complex models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metrics • Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations • Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences • Successfully manages relationships with senior business leaders and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills • Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians • Allocates team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met • Creates and manages project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives • Serves as a People Leader to at least one teammate • Up to 25% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working as a project manager, change manager, or process consultant on transformation and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation
- Management consulting or relevant healthcare experience highly preferred
- Development and operationalization of People, HR, or talent strategies across business units
- Exposure to continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) to structure and incubate improvement opportunities
- MBA or graduate degree in a healthcare related field (MD, MPH, MHA) preferred
