Ensemble Health Partners
• Lead enterprise-level programs and complex initiatives from intake through execution and closure, ensuring alignment to EPM governance and SOM standards • Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams • Provide clear, concise program status reporting and recommendations to executive and senior leadership • Drive process optimization initiatives using EPM and SOM frameworks to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability • Apply end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise to initiatives impacting front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end operations • Lead and mentor project managers and program team members assigned to enterprise initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in healthcare or complex service organizations
- Strong end-to-end (E2E) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise required
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies
- Demonstrated knowledge of PMO / EPM governance models and structured delivery frameworks
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt strongly preferred
- Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives
- PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus

This role involves leading and overseeing multiple electrical BIM projects, ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships. Lead electrical BIM teams across multiple US-based projects. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders. Serve as the main client-facing point of contact. Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate resources, staffing, PTO, and team development. Support career paths, training, and performance growth of team members. Collaborate closely with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy. Utilize tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and MS Project.
