You’ll play a critical role in the success of the company. You will be responsible for the execution of the capital plan for the division, developing the scope of work, cost estimates, project economics and schedules for major capital projects. Engage in strategic collaboration with peers and facility leadership to drive project execution and deliver impactful results. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during planning and execution to deliver a safe project with no environmental incidents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical or chemical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing projects, managing design and construction activities
- Chemical manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong leadership based on integrity, humility, and respect for others
- Capable of influencing and building partnerships, developing teamwork and managing others
- Knowledge of PM tools (Estimating, Scheduling, Costs Control and Cost Engineering) and execution of projects exceeding $500,000
- Strong economic and critical thinking skills
- This is a remote role, preferably located near one of our US sites
- This role will require travel (approximately 50%) with periods of higher travel during certain times
