We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Health Implementation Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise across a variety of telehealth and virtual care tools initiatives and projects while managing overall implementation support operations and leading multiple projects and teams of personnel. Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements, define problems, and develop plans and requirements for complex systems related to telehealth and virtual care tools Advise on the application of healthcare systems in the context of telehealth and virtual care tools Perform day-to-day management of overall implementation support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all implementation support activities Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative telehealth and virtual care tools solutions Exercise authority and responsibility to identify and commit resources required to support project efforts Ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions, disseminating expertise in telehealth and virtual care tools technologies and best practices Provide expert input on business processes related to telehealth and virtual care tools Manage relationships with key stakeholders, customers, end users, other contractors to ensure projects are progressing and issues are resolved Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing improvements when necessary Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in telehealth and virtual care tools and advise on their potential impact and opportunities

This role involves leading and overseeing multiple electrical BIM projects, ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships. Lead electrical BIM teams across multiple US-based projects. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders. Serve as the main client-facing point of contact. Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate resources, staffing, PTO, and team development. Support career paths, training, and performance growth of team members. Collaborate closely with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy. Utilize tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and MS Project.

This role involves supervising a team of analysts supporting the Epic Hospital Billing application, ensuring reliable operations and timely issue resolution. Supervise a team of 4 analysts providing support for the Epic Hospital Billing application. Ensure support procedures are clearly documented and up to date. Develop practices that maximize system capabilities and availability. Provide on-call support as needed. Identify, triage, and resolve issues proactively. Coordinate system maintenance and manage vendor relationships. Facilitate the resolution of user concerns and production issues. Lead troubleshooting efforts to address production problems. Manage communication between technical teams and departmental owners. Oversee project management activities from planning to post-implementation support.

ABOUT LPF The Local Pathways Fellowship is a 12-month training program and peer-to-peer learning network that provides young urban innovators with the tools to design and implement programs that champion local pathways to sustainable development. By training and building their capabilities, we hope to empower a generation of youth who will work together with local authorities in planning, building and maintaining cities that are sustainable, inclusive and resilient. ROLE DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Project Officer to manage the training content and experience of our Local Pathways Fellows. This role falls under the Content & Training, within the Local Pathways Fellowship team - in which there are 3 pillars: Content & Training → Training and upskilling our fellows so that they are able to localize SDG 11 in their city. Visibility & Engagement → Bringing together a peer-to-peer network of young urban leaders and innovators that advance dialogue and demonstrates the potential to implement the New Urban Agenda in fellow cities. Increasing LPF´s visibility and ensuring that the voice of young people is heard in international fora. Admin & Management → Ensure that the program is contributing to the key priority areas, targets and overall goals of SDSN Youth and manage the program operations. Ensures the longevity of LPF. Scale the program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content & Training Provide feedback to fellows monthly assignments Apply feedback given by senior advisors into the program Support the hosting of webinars with industry thought leaders and experts to provide an insight into the various aspects of sustainable development in cities Create reports of main on the development of their urban sustainability projects Support with design and assembly of training material and educational resources for the program Implement outcomes from webinars, assignments, and fellows´ feedback Please note: As a virtual network, it is IMPORTANT for Project Officer to communicate effectively with their respective team. In this vein, Project Officer will be expected to: Attend the monthly team calls with the Project Lead, and any other relevant calls with any other team members; Ensure effective communication by providing timely responses in internal channels; QUALIFICATIONS The Project Officer (Content & Training) will be someone who is organized, possesses impeccable communication skills, is driven and can work autonomously Minimum qualifications: Candidate MUST have knowledge in urban planning, urban environment, urban sustainability, urban tech or related fields Candidate MUST have some volunteer or work experience in a role that requires managing urban sustainability content. Candidate MUST have excellent organizational and leadership skills. Candidate MUST be a proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and manage workload across several projects/teams. Candidate MUST demonstrate their ability to communicate effectively and report consistently. In a network, which operates across several time zones, reporting and communicating proactively is crucial. Candidate MUST be responsive and able to manage regular communication with the team - including after-hours conference calls, as the network spans 10 different time zones. Candidate MUST be aged between 18-30 in order to be eligible for this role (exceptions may apply). Preferred qualifications: Be passionate about the mission of the SDSN Youth, including the pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement on climate change. Possesses an excellent command of the English language, including writing, speaking and listening Is able to demonstrate that they have the time and resources to commit to this role COMMITMENT 10 hours per week CONDITIONS Duration of Position : The first term is 12 months in total, with a 3 months trial period in the beginning.
