Lead electrical BIM teams across multiple US-based projects. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders. Serve as the main client-facing point of contact. Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate resources, staffing, PTO, and team development. Support career paths, training, and performance growth of team members. Collaborate closely with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy. Utilize tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and MS Project.
