Electrical BIM Project Manager

This role involves leading and overseeing multiple electrical BIM projects, ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships. Lead electrical BIM teams across multiple US-based projects. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders. Serve as the main client-facing point of contact. Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate resources, staffing, PTO, and team development. Support career paths, training, and performance growth of team members. Collaborate closely with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy. Utilize tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and MS Project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience working with Electrical systems within BIM environments, especially in data center projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading large BIM teams.
- Solid client-facing and negotiation experience.
- Strong knowledge of project finances (budgeting, cost analysis, billing, change orders).
- Expertise in scheduling and project planning.
- Proficiency in Revit & Navisworks (electrical focus).
- Familiarity with ACC and MS management tools.
- Agile or Scrum certification (nice to have).
