• Support the Sales Executive in managing and monitoring the client portfolio; • Manage lists of prospect clients and track next steps in the sales funnel; • Schedule meetings and organize sales calendars; • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations based on company templates; • Keep the CRM and sales pipeline organized and up to date; • Assist in creating commercial reports and analyses in Excel; • Conduct follow-ups with leads and active clients via email and WhatsApp; • Support the sales team at virtual or in-person events when required.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with commercial and administrative routines (minimum 1 year);
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate level) for controls, analyses, and reporting;
- Advanced English (required) for professional communication;
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp Business);
- Experience or background in the travel industry (relevant advantage).
