• Planning and implementation of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) experiences; • Development and management of end-to-end logistics for incentive programs and events; • Preparation of cost spreadsheets and detailed budgets; • Communication with domestic and international clients; • Coordination of vendors and partners; • Oversight of event execution and resolution of unforeseen issues.
• Development and research of new tourism products (packages, itineraries, tours), prioritizing innovation and competitiveness. • Negotiation with suppliers (hotels, transportation, local operators) to secure the best terms and service quality. • Continuous analysis and updating of the product portfolio according to market trends and target audience demand. • Support for sales and marketing teams in creating promotional strategies. • Monitoring product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Expansion and strengthening of strategic national and international partnerships. • Monitoring the customer experience to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel • Ensure meeting continuity: prepare materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items • Organize personal and professional tasks, prioritizing urgent requests and deadlines • Draft, review, and manage communications and correspondence • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders • Conduct research and prepare reports as requested • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Prospect new international travel agencies and tour operators (Latin America, Europe, and North America). • Conduct first contact following structured scripts and cadences. • Perform market research and qualify leads according to defined criteria. • Update information and record interactions in the CRM. • Support the commercial team in meetings, follow-ups, and opportunity analyses. • Participate in weekly performance and alignment meetings.
