• Heavy phone communication with customers, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, process online sales and returns • Represents Tommy Bahama through direct and professional interaction with our guests both verbally and in writing • Responsible for coordinating credit approvals and fulfillment of all online orders • Troubleshoots guest issues with orders and general product inquiries • Provides product recommendations and substitutions as appropriate • Escalates guest issues efficiently and to the right place for resolution • Other special projects as requested by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • High school/GED Diploma
  • 3+ years customer service, phone and online experience preferred
  • Volume call center experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal and listening
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems and programs simultaneously
  • Computer skill basics are a must, include troubleshooting computer issues with connectivity, including system updates, basic rebooting, WiFi access and stability
  • Must be able to support and manage home connectivity issues that may come up from time to time
  • Pleasant, professional and clear phone voice
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Satisfactory credit and background check

Position will work remotely with excellent benefits and support our clinical locations to assist in clinical nutrition coverage providing patient nutritional care, providing counseling services to patients with disease processes that require nutritional management and impact on nutritional status. - Be responsible for providing professional guidance and education in nutritional management and diet counseling to patients. - Work closely with physicians and allied health professionals. - Counsel inpatient and/or outpatients and their families on nutrition as needed. - Market Sodexo services to grow the Sodexo Nutrition and Wellness Center. - Provide hours productively and maintain communication with the Wellness Director.
