Senior Director, Strategic Sales

Cohesity

• Craft and drive a regional go-to-market strategy to surpass short-, mid-, and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas for Cohesity’s data security and cyber resilience solutions • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top enterprise customers and key technology and channel partners, positioning Cohesity as a trusted platform for risk reduction, ransomware resilience, and recovery • Build and lead a high-performing organization of sales leaders and teams (including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel leadership), recognized for operational excellence and execution rigor • Develop and maintain strong relationships with functional and executive leadership to ensure regional priorities are aligned to corporate strategy and global processes • Recruit, cultivate, and expand an active partner ecosystem and OEM alliances to extend market reach and accelerate deal velocity • Guide teams through complex, high-value enterprise opportunities by reinforcing disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and consistent execution cadence • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback on security trends, competitive dynamics, and field needs to inform go-to-market strategy

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large, multi-layer enterprise sales organizations (including managers of managers) in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data security and cyber resilience, including ransomware recovery, risk and compliance considerations, and the ability to coach leaders on security-led value conversations
  • Track record of delivering strong growth through disciplined operating cadence, pipeline inspection, and forecasting rigor
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic customer relationships and partner ecosystems, including experience strengthening OEM and alliance relationships
  • Experience guiding and supporting sophisticated, high-value deal cycles with complex terms, conditions, and stakeholder landscapes
  • Highly trusted leader who maintains and expects high standards for themselves and their extended team
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Must have English language proficiency (can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting).
