• Responsible for meeting or exceeding annual sales targets for Warn Industries products in the assigned region (DETROIT, MI) • Ensures that competent service and support is readily available for any Warn customer within the assigned territory and/or region • Develops and executes a sales plan for the assigned region • Manages assigned expense budgets for the region along with accurately forecasting expenses on a monthly basis • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly sales for assigned territory • Provides quarterly presentations on territory/customer performance and results • Creates and presents comprehensive product training to all customers • Performs data analysis and strategic planning for customer performance measures • Works closely with Director of Sales in developing customer account strategies and tactics • Maintains and updates all customer information in CRM • Acts as a liaison by providing data, analysis and field input relative to competitive products, sales activities, promotions
