Role Description Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced academic tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required (degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred). - Experience working with students who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or other special education needs — whether as a credentialed SPED teacher, paraprofessional, interventionist, or tutor. - Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and common accommodations (extended time, chunked instruction, multi-sensory approaches, etc.). - Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations. - Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online. - Ability to pass a background check. - Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace. • Handle inbound provider calls, log details, and resolve issues with efficiency and professionalism. • Monitor and respond to internal and external emails within established service levels. • Log and return voicemails within established service levels. • Make outbound calls to assist providers with portal navigation, verify contact details, and confirm receipt of request letters. • Respond to chat inquiries from providers with clarity and accuracy. • Escalate unresolved issues to management and follow up as needed. • Communicate and report any workflow or system issues to leadership. • Consistently meet quality and productivity standards. • Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality regulations in all interactions.

Assist members with daily banking needs, process transactions accurately, promote credit union products, and resolve member inquiries promptly while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security procedures.

• Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and in person. • Process incoming orders, validate purchase order contents are accurate, and engage with our warehouses to ensure timely dispatch. • Process incoming returns from our customers and the warehouse. This includes receiving, categorizing, and initiating the refurbishment process. • Work with the larger operations (Global Operations, Supply Chain) team to support inbound and outbound shipments, escalations and exceptions. • Collaborate with Finance on various returns / orders issues. • Take on other projects and tasks to help support Verkada operations • Own the LTL Workflow by independently scheduling freight carriers, managing complex logistics, and mastering essential documentation like BOLs and SLIs. • Protect daily shipping deadlines by proactively pivoting between tracks on your own to ensure all daily operational deadlines are met. • Abide by team PTO blackout dates: last 3 days of the month and last 7 calendar days before end of quarter.
