Role Description Actualmente buscamos un Business Development Officer (BDO) en la ciudad de Bogota, un perfil comercial con ADN Hunter, apasionado por la apertura de mercados, el desarrollo de nuevos negocios y la generación de oportunidades de alto impacto. Su principal reto será: - Identificar, desarrollar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades comerciales. - Construir relaciones estratégicas con clientes potenciales. - Contribuir al crecimiento sostenible de Tech And Solve mediante la expansión de mercado y la generación de nuevos ingresos en Colombia y mercados estratégicos. Qualifications - Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería, Mercadeo, Economía o carreras afines. - Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, apertura de mercado o ventas consultivas B2B. - Experiencia comercializando servicios o soluciones de tecnología. - Experiencia generando negocio nuevo (hunting) y desarrollando oportunidades comerciales desde cero. - Experiencia gestionando pipeline comercial y procesos de venta consultiva. - Conocimiento y manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics o similares). - Habilidades de negociación, relacionamiento y comunicación ejecutiva. - Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de metas comerciales. Requirements - Deseables: - Experiencia en compañías de tecnología, software factory, transformación digital o servicios profesionales de TI. - Experiencia comercial en los sectores asegurador, financiero o fintech. - Conocimiento de modelos comerciales como equipos dedicados, Time & Materials, proyectos cerrados o servicios gestionados. - Experiencia utilizando HubSpot como herramienta principal de gestión comercial.
