Role Description In the role of Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally with our Field Service, Applications, and Sales Operations teams focused on supporting our installation partners to ensure all aspects of the project remain on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Coordinates meetings with installation contractors. - Attend relevant meetings with our client as well as job progress meetings with our installation partners. - Prepares, updates and completes action plans (updates job progress and task list items in CRM tool such as Salesforce, Mission Control, etc.). - Prepare status reports for client(s). - Implements installation, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. - Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change. - Oversee the project schedule to ensure alignment with project milestones, addressing variances and coordinating corrective actions. - 50% travel to installation sites. Qualifications - HS Diploma or equivalent. - Proven track record of 5+ years' managing construction-related projects from planning through completion. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field. - PMP, CAPM, or other relevant Project Management certification(s). - Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software. - Project Management experience in the fire or security industry. - Commercial building systems experience. - Self-starter motivated to expand skill set and grow experience. - Effective organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills. - Skilled in interpreting and analyzing construction blueprints and technical drawings. - Proficient in using Bluebeam Revu for PDF editing, markup, and collaboration on construction documents.
