Job Requirements
- Licensed and/or NCARB certified
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5–8+ years of experience in architectural design and production
- Strong architectural background with hands-on production experience
- Experience developing or working with design standards, prototypes, or repeatable systems
- Proficiency with Asana
- Familiarity with permitting, codes, and compliance considerations
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft 365, and/or Google Workspace

Role Description As a Project Delivery Lead at Station A, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our platform projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to define project scope, develop project plans, and drive execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities Include - Owning the successful delivery of customer projects through launch. - Ensuring that projects remain on schedule, achieve key milestones, and progress efficiently through the Station A process. - Serving as a trusted advisor to Station A clients, helping them evaluate options, select the right solutions, and successfully execute projects that align with their goals and requirements. - Responding to provider questions and coordinating communication among buyers, providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum. - Identifying and managing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise. - Establishing clear project milestones, tracking progress against timelines, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively driving projects forward to successful completion. - Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress through regular status updates, meetings, and reports. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to optimize project delivery. - Thoroughly evaluating and analyzing proposals received from energy providers to ensure compliance with our requirements and guidelines. - Assessing the financial feasibility and potential risks associated with each proposal. - Providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the quality and competitiveness of proposals. - Maintaining accurate and organized documentation of all proposals and analysis outcomes.
