Role Description We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve key areas of our Sports product portfolio across desktop and mobile web. This role sits at the intersection of audience needs, business goals, and technology—responsible for defining product direction, driving execution, and delivering measurable impact. - Own and drive the product roadmap for defined areas of the Sports experience across web platforms. - Translate audience insights, business objectives, and company strategy into clear product direction and prioritized initiatives. - Partner with design and research to identify user needs and validate solutions through rapid experimentation. - Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans. - Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance, inform decisions, and continuously optimize outcomes. - Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders, resolve trade-offs, and ensure successful product delivery. - Establish and track KPIs that measure the impact of product investments on engagement, retention, and revenue. - Contribute to a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in product management for consumer-facing digital products (media or sports experience preferred). - Strong understanding of Agile development processes and experience working closely with engineering teams. - Proven ability to use data and metrics to inform strategy, test hypotheses, and measure success. - Experience with product discovery methods, including user research and experimentation. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and executable plans. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. - Bias toward action, with a track record of shipping impactful products. Benefits - The annualized base salary for this role will range between $145,000 and $160,000. - Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including market, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. - Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and may be applicable based on the role. Role Description Our Ethos team is seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI-powered claims decision support platform, Pathfinder. This individual contributor role will own the product roadmap, drive AI product strategy, prioritize customer needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions for the insurance industry. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building AI-powered products, working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and executive leadership, and translating customer feedback into meaningful product enhancements. The successful candidate will help shape the future of AI within workers' compensation and broader property & casualty claims. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. - Required Experience: - Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, including ownership of customer-facing software products. - Minimum 3 years of experience building and launching AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered products in production environments. - Hands-on experience with modern generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM APIs, and model evaluation methodologies. - Experience working within or alongside insurance claims organizations, such as Workers' Compensation, Property & Casualty, SIU, claims operations, or claims technology. - Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps, prioritizing competing initiatives, and delivering successful software products. - Preferred Experience: - Workers' Compensation product experience. - Experience with insurance core systems such as Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek, Origami Risk, or PCMS. - Familiarity with AI governance, regulatory compliance, and explainable AI within insurance. - Experience integrating third-party insurance data providers such as Verisk, ISO, NCCI, NICB, or similar. - Experience designing evaluation frameworks for generative AI products. Working Conditions This position operates in a remote environment with frequent use of computers and office equipment.
