A Day in the Life: - Align with business stakeholders and developers to set priorities and refine features. - Translate business challenges into clear user stories with thoughtful acceptance criteria. - Collaborate on Agile sprints, review roadmaps, and lead system acceptance testing. - Keep users at the heart of every decision. What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives. - Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. - Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time. - Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making. - Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value. - Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities. - Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives. - Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies. Qualifications - 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role. - Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments. - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers. - Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes. - Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels. - Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus). Requirements - Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). - Ability to work in a confined area. - Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. - Occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary. - Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone. - Specific vision abilities are required due to computer work. - Light to moderate lifting is required. - Regular, predictable attendance is required. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing end to end for one of Doppel's newest solution lines: an agentic message security solution that empowers customers to fight back against social engineering attacks. The line launches with email security and expands to additional channels over time as it matures. In this position, you will: - Craft core messaging, technical positioning, competitive intelligence, and demo and media assets that enable the field and drive go-to-market (GTM) adoption. - Maintain solution and buyer-persona guides as the solution line evolves. - Translate sophisticated detection and disruption capabilities into technical briefs, demos, and enablement content. - Run an always-on competitive intelligence program that feeds product roadmap and GTM. - Lead launches and ongoing GTM execution. - Equip sales, customer success, and partners with playbooks, demo media, objection handling, and ROI materials to accelerate deals and adoption.
