• Oversee scheduling activities across all divisions and active projects-building out the scheduling Department for NexGen Contracting • Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master project schedules that establish engineering, procurement, fabrication, material delivery, commissioning, and construction sequences in accordance with contract requirements and project objectives • Lead schedule development efforts during project planning and execution phases • Facilitate periodic schedule reviews and updates with project teams, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and client representatives to ensure schedule accuracy • Analyze and validate logical relationships, critical path activities, schedule constraints, and resource requirements across complex industrial construction projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business or related discipline
- Minimum seven (7) years of construction scheduling experience
- Must be technically capable and experienced in the use of the most recent version(s) of Microsoft Project and Primavera (P6)
- Detail oriented with effective organization and coordination skills
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
