Role Description We are seeking an experienced SCCM Engineer to support a large enterprise environment focused on endpoint management, software deployment, and patching initiatives. This is a hands-on contract role working closely with IT infrastructure teams to ensure efficient and secure management of endpoint devices. Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain SCCM/MECM environment, including software deployment, patching, and configuration management - Create, package, test, and deploy applications across enterprise environments - Support operating system deployments (OSD) and image management - Perform ongoing patch management, including 3rd party patching solutions (e.g., Recast or similar) - Assist with Intune / Endpoint Manager for device management and co-management scenarios - Monitor SCCM performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and ensure system reliability - Maintain documentation for deployment processes and configurations - Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support endpoint lifecycle management Qualifications - Strong experience with SCCM / MECM administration and engineering - Hands-on experience with application packaging and deployment - Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager - Experience with 3rd party patching tools (Recast preferred) - Knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments and enterprise endpoint management - Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy - Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and system issues Nice to Have - Experience with co-management (SCCM + Intune) - PowerShell scripting for automation - Experience in large enterprise environments

• Focus on working with various team members located at the different BUs to ensure data integrity from various systems. • Develop and execute standard cost reduction, contract negotiations, assertion resolution, including transition to production and for supply base transitions. • Support and ensure the team meets key performance indicators in terms of delivery, quality, cost, contract execution, and project management. • Direct interface with Senior Management within the Supply Chain Management functional organization and serves as the link between the various business units. • Negotiate with suppliers with complex relationships and obtain successful resolutions as defined by the Business Unit and Supply Chain Management. • Adhere to procurement manual guidelines and always exhibit ethical business behaviors.

Diagnostic Specialist - Strategically leveraging AI technologies to analyze technical support cases, accelerate troubleshooting, identify root causes, and bring cases to resolution. - Proficiency in protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, SFTP) using tools like Wireshark and Charles Proxy to find exactly where a connection is breaking. - An eye for analyzing error logs across Java and various Operating Systems to pinpoint root causes before they become roadblocks.
