Job Description

Strategic Account Manager – Nuclear Power Plants

Curtiss-Wright Corporation

• Acts as the primary point of contact for Curtiss-Wright within the territory managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance, supply chain and other decision-makers. • Works with Product Managers across multiple business units to develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring the maximization of account value through cross-selling, upselling and renewals. • Focuses on customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns and ensuring long-term partnerships. • Regularly assesses the client's evolving needs and provides solutions to address challenges. • Requires three to four days per week of travel within the geographic territory.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access.
  • Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry.
  • Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge of I&C systems, outage services and process equipment (e.g., valves, actuators, motors, HVAC, tensioning systems).
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred.
