Senior Enterprise CX Business Project Advisor

• The Business Project Senior Advisor is a senior individual contributor on The Cigna Group’s CX Activation team. • Responsible for leading and executing high-priority customer experience (CX) programs that serve as enterprise sources of truth for CX progress and accountability. • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery – establishing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies. • Contributing to the development of key deliverables and program assets. • Management of the Customer Experience Source of Truth and the Customer Transparency Report. • Build sustainable operating models, processes, and governance mechanisms that enable programs to scale over time. • Serve as a trusted partner to leaders and subject matter experts, facilitating decisions-making and resolving ambiguity across complex initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs or initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, timeline management, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through execution, balancing strategic thinking, project leadership, and hands-on delivery of high-quality work products.
- Proven experience developing executive-ready materials, reports, presentations, or communications.
- Strong written communication, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

- Support region and country teams in the adaptation and implementation of agency strategies, standards, tools, and best practices in humanitarian programming in LACRO, including emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience. Promote effective engagement of partners, donors, and governments. Ensure a cross-sectoral approach that integrates gender, safe and dignified programming, and disaster risk reduction. Contribute to the development and implementation of global strategies and tools for humanitarian programming by documenting and sharing lessons learned from LACRO with others in CRS’ global Humanitarian Response Department. - Oversee and lead the development and delivery of capacity strengthening initiatives for humanitarian programming for regional and country teams and partners in LACRO. Lead the development of learning and training strategies and agendas/curriculums; organize and/or facilitate trainings, workshops and conferences; and provide mentoring and coaching for staff in CRS approaches and tools for emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience programs. - Contribute to regional and country program staff efforts to position CRS for strategic growth opportunities in humanitarian programming.
