• Delivering and supporting managed services to clients, including briefing papers, advisory notes, developing consent, privacy notices and assessing policies and agreements. • Fulfilling managed services activities including data protection impact assessments, compliance audits, gap analyses and data mapping services to aid in addressing risk management issues and complying with data protection requirements. • Undertaking large scale data protection projects for clients, ensuring project deliverables are of a high quality and delivered on time. • Managing client relationships and engagement activities to ensure a successful delivery of service. • Writing briefs for clients on relevant topic areas, including newsletter pieces and other outreach materials. • Driving key improvements to internal systems, processes and client services.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staff at all levels. • Navigate unique or complex business scenarios to best configure Revenue Management. • Review pricing recommendations for strategic customers or on the customers behalf to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction. • Regular discussions with site, regional and asset managers related to pricing questions. • Research and evaluate model related questions related to Revenue Management with customers. • Consult with customers on parameter reviews and tuning and make strategic recommendations. • Articulate the revenue management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits across client organizations. • Efficiently lead multiple projects and use Sales Force to track and update project steps. • Maintain a working knowledge of the integration with each Property Management System. • Identify opportunities for adoption and expansion of RealPage products. • Prioritize requests for system enhancements and coordinate follow-up with the RealPage or customer’s product management group. • Provide input and feedback, from a business user’s perspective to the RealPage Product group, on solution features and functionality. • Coordinate with other RealPage teams as needed to facilitate timely implementation and overall client success. • Lead regular performance measurement analysis and reporting to senior management regarding financial results, revenue management adoption behavior, leasing velocity and market conditions. • Mentor junior advisors across all core competencies/tasks.

• Provide scientific direction by staying abreast of emerging technologies and solving complex bioanalytical and molecular technical challenges. • Maintain expert knowledge of bioanalytical scientific trends and regulatory requirements impacting molecular assays. • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams and serve as a scientific lead in early-stage client discussions and study scoping. • Be responsible for scoping and pricing work and assist Business Development in pricing strategy and negotiation when applicable. • Support revenue generation by maintaining sales goals aligned with business unit capacity and growth objectives. • Assist in forecasting new business by evaluating probability and timing of opportunities and communicating insights into operations. • Stay current with regulatory compliance requirements and recommend actions based on regulatory body or client audits. • Drive and support high-impact technical communications—including webinars, white papers, and e-blasts—in collaboration with Marketing. • Actively participate in industry panels, conferences, and professional forums to maintain a strong regulatory perspective and thought leadership presence. • Support the Business Development team to generate new and repeat business within the assigned territory. • Review and maintain accuracy of business data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support revenue forecasting. • Traveling up to 25% on average, with flexibility to meet high-demand opportunities. • Support the company brand in all interactions and act as a positive brand ambassador.

• Act as a customer-facing advisor, articulating the value of Kinaxis and Maestro and serving as a supply chain planning subject matter expert across the customer journey. • Lead investigation of complex planning behaviors by analyzing data, configurations, and algorithms; identify root cause and drive plans to rapid resolution with cross-functional teams • Provide functional and technical guidance during solution design and development, ensuring teams effectively leverage Maestro capabilities and deliver scalable, maintainable implementations • Define, document, and present Maestro best practices (e.g., authoring standards, data modeling, integration, and performance considerations) to customers, partners, and internal teams • Drive continuous value and adoption by aligning on business objectives and recommending tactical and strategic improvements (process, data, and configuration) that improve customer outcomes • Partner with Product to translate customer challenges into clearly defined use cases and to validate that new features and best practices meet market needs • Advise on and support Maestro integrations and data, including troubleshooting data quality and end-to-end process impacts
