• Create study recruitment graphics, awareness campaigns, and other patient-facing materials using Canva or similar tools. • Support patient and caregiver recruitment efforts across a variety of healthcare research studies while engaging directly with participants to answer questions and support community-building efforts. • Build and maintain relationships with patient advocacy organizations and community partners. • Draft clear, engaging communications for patients, caregivers, advocacy organizations, and internal stakeholders. • Represent Rare Patient Voice at patient advocacy conferences, community events, and industry meetings throughout the United States. • Partner with internal teams to coordinate outreach campaigns, track project activities, maintain documentation, and ensure studies are executed accurately and on schedule. • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, outreach strategies, and operational efficiency through technology and automation.

• Support live odds management during events under supervision. • Monitor live matches and assist with market updates, suspensions, and reopenings. • Ensure data accuracy across live markets and flag anomalies quickly. • Assist with price comparison vs competitors and highlight mispricing risks. • Support execution of event templates (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3). • Learn sport-specific live trading behaviors and pricing dynamics. • Assist with tracking liability and exposure during live events. • Escalate technical, feed, or pricing issues to senior traders or LBOD.

• Supports the development and submission of strategic proposal opportunities for state agencies, districts, and other prospective customers. • Coordinates proposal schedules, work plans, milestones, and internal review processes to ensure timely completion of proposal deliverables. • Reviews solicitation documents, identifies proposal requirements, and assists in the development of proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and submission plans. • Reads and understands RFPs and other forms of competitive opportunities from clients and prospective clients. • Maintains proposal action item lists and follows up to ensure assignments are completed and deadlines are met. • Works with the Sr. Director of RFPs and subject matter experts to gather, organize, and develop proposal content. • Assists with proposal writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting to ensure consistency, compliance, accuracy, and quality throughout the proposal lifecycle. • Organizes proposal content and information in the format requested in solicitations and in accordance with company standards. • Coordinates with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and other departments to collect proposal inputs and supporting documentation. • Supports cross-functional collaboration through the use of project management software and data analysis tools. • Arranges delivery and submission of proposals. • Maintains electronic files, proposal content, status trackers, submission records, and supporting documentation related to Public Policy and RFP activities. • Identifies contracting opportunities and participates in the screening and prioritization process for bid/no-bid decisions. • Supports special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. • Provides administrative support for Legal activities that support customer contracting, vendor onboarding, and proposal processes. • Assists with the collection, organization, tracking, and maintenance of legal, contractual, and company records, files, trackers, and supporting documentation. • Assists with coordination of internal stakeholders to gather information and support documentation requests as needed. • Supports special projects and other administrative activities as assigned.
