Senior Bilingual Integration Specialist

Sodexo

• Collaborate with supplier partners to establish and maintain electronic data flows for business‑critical files. • Work with technical teams and partners to ensure accurate data capture and integration. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configuration. • Provide consulting, support, and training services to partners on data and systems integration. • Investigate and resolve issues related to data flows, upgrades, and integrations. • Participate in testing, upgrades, and the implementation of new systems. • Work closely with suppliers, eProcurement teams, procurement management, accounts payable, and IS&T teams to provide updates and manage escalations.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience with EDI integrations, supplier data exchange, or procurement systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP and eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP)
  • Experience working with SQL or other data query tools
  • Experience with testing tools such as DevOps (or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of EDI and other data exchange concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
