• Research, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge AI APIs and tools (LLMs, generative AI, computer vision, etc.) to solve business problems in a creative and pragmatic way. • Explore and apply modern techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model fine-tuning to create innovative solutions. • Rapidly develop functional prototypes to validate hypotheses, using third-party tools or building custom components. • Lead the technical evaluation of AI solutions from partners and vendors, helping determine the fastest route to value. • When the decision is to “Build,” transform prototypes into robust, scalable, and secure solutions using software engineering and MLOps best practices. • Work in a paired model with the Cell Lead, actively participating in discovery cycles and providing the technical feasibility perspective from the outset.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on practical AI application.
  • Experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to solve business problems (e.g., task automation, summarization, chatbots).
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Google/Anthropic APIs).
  • Practical experience integrating systems via APIs (REST, GraphQL).
  • Ability to autonomously navigate different technologies and platforms, learn quickly, and choose the right tool for the job.

Role Description Provide timely and actionable intelligence to support customer intelligence requirements. - Leverage global datasets (e.g., netflow, malware, passive DNS, geospatial intelligence) to track malicious cyber actors, their infrastructure, and campaigns. - Proactively collaborate and exchange information with a global team of threat intelligence analysts to analyze and develop coverage for emerging threats. - Develop and present strategic threat assessments tailored to customer needs and intelligence gaps. - Communicate effectively with product engineering teams to improve detection efficacy in our ecosystem of products. - Challenge existing assumptions by curiously investigating threat actor TTPs to produce unique and predictive intelligence. - Simplify complex technical findings into clear, concise reports for a variety of audiences.
