• Preparation of strategies and design for data migration that can be implemented by the FreeBalance Technical Consultants at a client location. • Build tools and models for the Installation and Deployment of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite that can be leveraged for project deliveries. • Collaborate with the Research and Development Team to design the interface components during the implementation of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite. • Collaborate with the Technical and Functional Consultants to create the training curriculum that can be delivered to the customers. • Manage the day-to-day tasks of the team. • Work with the Project Managers to design the rollout of the system for decentralized operations. • Managing the Operations & maintenance team in EMEA and provide management oversight to the remote team worldwide. • Manage the technical tools and research and develop new tools for use by the Technical Consultants. • Build scalable models for implementation of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite at the Data Centre and Disaster Recovery Sites where the software is hosted. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality and timeliness of customer deliveries, internal policies and communications. • Other duties as assigned. • Extensive travel is required

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience reviewing and developing Support and Maintenance policies and procedures.
  • 5 years of experience successfully managing an internationally dispersed Services and Support Team
  • Project Management experience a must
  • Ability to clearly articulate at meetings with all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Experience with goal-setting frameworks like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Experienced in working with open-source software components such as Tomcat, BIRT and commercial middleware such as MS SQL and Oracle databases with Windows Operating Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to travel internationally.

Job Description About the Role We're seeking a Director-level Integration Deal Lead to own the commercial and operational coordination of ServiceNow's most strategic acquisitions and transformative initiatives. This role sits within the APEX Integration Management Office (IMO) and is accountable for aligning stakeholders, managing integration economics, driving close readiness, and ensuring seamless post-close execution across multiple concurrent integrations, primarily within Product and Engineering, while also ensuring cross-functional alignment and overall business success. Qualifications What you need to succeed in this role - 10+ years of experience leading large-scale mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integrations, or transformative programs with P&L accountability. - Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across executive leadership, business units, finance, and operations without direct reporting authority. - Proven track record of translating strategy into execution, managing dependencies, and delivering results in complex environments. - Experience with financial planning, workforce planning, and P&L reconciliation. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, make informed decisions with incomplete information, and adapt as priorities evolve. - Clear, direct communication style with a preference for authentic, straightforward engagement over excessive corporate terminology. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $180,200 - $315,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The Director, Business Insights is accountable for enterprise-wide pharmacy cost, trend, and value strategy across non-specialty PBM, specialty PBM (inclusive of Lumicera), and advanced analytic constructs. This role establishes governance, methodology alignment, and executive decision support for how cost and utilization trends are modeled, interpreted, and communicated—internally and externally. Serving as the strategic intersection of analytics, clinical insight, financial rigor, and market positioning, this Director ensures that disparate methodologies (e.g., rebate-inclusive vs. copay assistance–inclusive models) are transparently governed and translated into a unified enterprise narrative. The role directly influences pricing strategy, co-bidding decisions, client value propositions, and growth positioning for Navitus and Lumicera, while reinforcing analytic credibility with clients, prospects, and the broader market. The Director, Business Insights will lead the teams to perform advanced to highly complex analyses in support of business case studies, data-driven insights, presentations, and reports focusing on forecasting and assessing performance of pharmacy cost and drug utilization trends as well as evaluating the economic effectiveness of our clinical management practice.
