• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts. • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and handling inquiries. • Prepare and negotiate sales agreements to achieve revenue targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment. • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify growth opportunities. • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to track performance. • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Role Description You'll drive new business by identifying and qualifying target commercial accounts in Vancouver, Canada for Cloudflare’s Enterprise service plan. This is a great opportunity for a Sales Professional to help build the business at Cloudflare Canada. You will have both a sales and technical background that enables you to drive customer engagement from technical professionals through to senior executive levels, and across Security, Network, Development and Infrastructure teams.
