• Drive new business growth by qualifying inbound leads and proactively generating opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activities. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying target accounts, engaging key decision-makers, and maintaining accurate CRM reporting and forecasting. • Develop and nurture client relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers, representing the company at industry events and expanding market presence. • Deliver tailored sales presentations and solutions that address client needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services. • Own the sales cycle from opportunity to close, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding. • Collaborate cross-functionally and continuously improve, sharing market insights and customer feedback with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams while staying informed on industry trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in business development and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Strategic thinking, strong research skills, and the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.

Role Description Business Development Manager job is available with Moseley Technical Services, a global leader of semiconductor engineering architecture solutions.
