Role Description Business Development Manager job is available with Moseley Technical Services, a global leader of semiconductor engineering architecture solutions. In this on-site role in Boise, ID, you will drive growth within the semiconductor industry, focusing on advanced chemical & slurry distribution, delivery, and blending systems. - Lead complex, technical, solution-based sales cycles for chemical & slurry distribution and blending systems from identification to closing. - Develop and execute growth strategies targeting advanced nodes, specialty chemistries, and next-generation fabrication technologies. - Create and manage high-value opportunity pipelines across chemical & slurry delivery and blending systems. - Identify, pursue and manage new business opportunities to drive repeat business and expand footprint with key accounts in semiconductor fabs, tool OEMs, and subsystem integrators. - Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers at semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and EPC contractors serving as a trusted advisor on chemical handling, safety, and system performance. - Collaborate with customers to define system requirements for high-purity chemical delivery, mixing, and process integration. - Develop and present technical-commercial solutions aligned with fab specifications and process requirements. - Negotiate contracts and pricing while protecting margin and long-term strategic positioning. - Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and leadership to shape future roadmaps providing strategic insights on customer needs and market direction to influence product development, innovation, and deliver customized, high-performance systems. - Maintain a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., photolithography, etch, CMP, cleaning) and industry trends including advanced nodes, EUV processes, sustainability initiatives, and chemical usage optimization. Qualifications - U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law. - 7+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management in semiconductor or related high-tech industries. - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field is a plus. - Strong understanding of Semiconductor manufacturing or equipment industry. - Strong understanding of chemical delivery, blending, or Ultra-high purity (UHP) fluid handling distribution systems. - Deep knowledge of U.S. semiconductor fabs, buying processes, and technical environments. - Proven success selling complex capital equipment or engineered-to-order (ETO) solutions. - Strong understanding of semiconductor fab environments and chemical process requirements. - Demonstrated ability to manage long, technical sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with strong market orientation capable of providing consultative, solution-based proposals. - High technical aptitude with the ability to engage engineering teams and stakeholders with strong negotiation and closing capabilities. - Willingness to travel 40–50%, including customer sites, fabs, and global industry events.
