Position Overview: We are seeking a Director of E-Commerce to own nuuds.com growth by scaling qualified traffic and increasing conversion through full-funnel marketing. This leader will work closely with internal marketing and operational partners—and manage external agencies—to ensure we are creating converting content and generating profitable revenue based on strong unit economics. The Director of E-Commerce will partner with customer experience, marketing, planning, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience and get nuuds into every woman’s hands in the US. Responsibilities Develop and execute an e-commerce growth strategy that scales profitable traffic and improves conversion across the full funnel, with clear goals and continuous optimization. Oversee performance marketing and key e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, TikTok Shop) and manage agency partners to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. Partner with internal stakeholders (marketing, customer experience, planning, operations) to ensure campaigns, content, inventory, and site experience align to drive conversion and customer satisfaction. Own reporting and analytics, regularly reviewing performance and unit economics to guide budget decisions, identify opportunities, and solve challenges. Lead website performance and conversion improvements, including site updates, integrations, merchandising, and testing to improve the shopping journey. Job Requirements
