Business Development Manager – Partnerships Channel
LendingOne
● Serve as the Primary Salesperson for LendingOne’s partnership program specifically within the property management community, developing and expanding strategic local and regional relationships. ● Requires local, state and regional travel. Travel frequency averages approximately 30% but seasonally can be as much as 70% during conference season. ● Provide On-Site Support to the Vice President of Partnerships during major national industry events and conferences, ensuring a strong brand presence. ● Follow Up on Marketing-Generated Leads provided by the VP of Partnerships, efficiently nurturing and converting inbound interest into valuable partnerships. ● Independently Prospect, Engage, and Build Relationships with local and regional property management companies that serve real estate investor clients, using strong business development and lead generation skills. ● Serve as the Main Point of Contact for mid-sized and smaller property management firms, ensuring high-quality engagement and partnership management.
Job Requirements
- ● 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- ● Based in either Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, or Austin – and ready to hit the ground running
- ● A passion for business development: prospecting new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals independently
- ● Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings, partner visits and industry events
- ● Confidence and polish in public speaking, hosting and presenting at events and conferences
- ● Excellent relationship management and communication skills to build and maintain strong partner connections
- ● A self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment**.**

• Manage executive relationships and account governance for assigned clients. • Drive multi-service adoption across product design, product engineering, AI enablement, DevOps, quality engineering, and managed services. • Build and execute annual Account Business Plans, including revenue targets, pursuit roadmaps, and relationship mapping. • Proactively identify whitespace and expansion opportunities through business reviews, market intel, and internal delivery insights. • Lead pursuit orchestration for large-scale engagements and RFPs, collaborating with deal desk, solution architects, and delivery leaders. • Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure commercial performance.
• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPA's and financial advisors in the SMB space • Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities • Proactively identify and resolve emerging issues and offer solutions by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to innovate and execute unique initiatives to promote partner sales (e.g, educational events, email, webinars, etc.) • Work with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics (e.g, depth of sales pipeline and revenue generation) to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities
