Senior Account Manager
Netguru
• Manage executive relationships and account governance for assigned clients. • Drive multi-service adoption across product design, product engineering, AI enablement, DevOps, quality engineering, and managed services. • Build and execute annual Account Business Plans, including revenue targets, pursuit roadmaps, and relationship mapping. • Proactively identify whitespace and expansion opportunities through business reviews, market intel, and internal delivery insights. • Lead pursuit orchestration for large-scale engagements and RFPs, collaborating with deal desk, solution architects, and delivery leaders. • Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure commercial performance.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant, similar industry-specific experience in business development.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts for Tier-1/2 IT services or product engineering companies.
- Exposure to selling across Europe with additional experience in UK, Middle East, and North America markets.
- Strong experience in solution-led selling, multi-stakeholder management, and large deal pursuits.
- Deep understanding of enterprise transformation drivers in industries like BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and High-Tech.
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiations skills.
- Proven ability to plan and execute a strategy for selling new services.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), Polish not required.

Account Manager – Broker
GravieWe partner with brokers across the nation to improve the way people purchase and access healthcare.
• Work cross functionally with a dedicated Account Management team, including, underwriting, Sales, and leadership support to ensure proactive, end to end, and ongoing ownership and accountability for each client • Be well versed in client data and prepared to partner with clients on strategic recommendations to inform renewals and growth opportunities • Use data to develop strategic account plans for clients to evaluate business needs and, as needed, make recommendations for changes to Gravie’s benefit solutions • Facilitate kick-off meetings with employers’s populations, meet with clients regularly, and ensure you are providing accurate and timely answers to clients questions • Conduct monthly reviews of each client's claims experience, providing updates and recommendations for cost savings • Plan for and present quarterly progress reports on goals to the client and broker • Conduct proactive and data driven mid-Year Pulse Checks focused on intervention strategies, renewal planning, and performance optimization • Present strategic renewal proposals to clients and negotiate rates as needed, working directly with the Underwriting Team and leadership to ensure a successful renewal • Be knowledgeable about Gravies marketing campaigns in order to leverage accounts to strategically upsell Gravie products based on utilization • Be knowledgeable of all Gravie offerings and the regulatory and compliance requirements of each offering and continuously educate clients about Gravie’s products and services • Ensure new employer clients have a smooth transition from sales and have a successful new client implementation experience • Research and resolve client issues and elevated member issues from Gravie’s advisor team, ensuring resolution is taking in account the “full picture” of the client • Effectively use and document client information in our CRM system
