Role Description Für unser Team suchen wir einen Werkstudenten CRM & HubSpot (w/m/d) mit 15–20 Stunden pro Woche. Bei uns übernimmst du früh Verantwortung, arbeitest direkt an Kundenprojekten mit und erhältst einen tiefen Einblick in modernes CRM, Marketing-Automatisierung und HubSpot-Consulting. Dabei unterstützen wir dich dabei, dein Wissen kontinuierlich auszubauen und praktische Erfahrung in einem wachsenden Beratungsunternehmen zu sammeln. - Du betreust gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen unsere B2B-Kundinnen in den Bereichen CRM, Inbound-Marketing und Marketing-Automation – operativ wie auch konzeptionell. - Du nimmst Anforderungen aus Marketing und Vertrieb auf, strukturierst diese und begleitest die Umsetzung in HubSpot. - Du arbeitest an der Implementierung neuer HubSpot-Instanzen oder analysierst und optimierst bestehende Setups. - Du integrierst Formulare, Landing Pages und angebundene Systeme und sorgst für saubere Datenflüsse. - Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale entlang der Customer Journey und setzt konkrete Verbesserungen direkt um. - Du berätst Kundinnen zu HubSpot-Funktionen sowie zu Marketing-, Sales- und CRM-Prozessen und erklärst Zusammenhänge verständlich und praxisnah. Qualifications - Du studierst aktuell Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaft, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang. - Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen mit HubSpot gesammelt – zum Beispiel durch ein Praktikum, eine Werkstudententätigkeit oder eigene Projekte. - Du kennst die Grundlagen von HubSpot und verstehst den Aufbau von Kontakten, Unternehmen, Deals, Pipelines und Properties. - Du interessierst dich für CRM, Marketing-Automatisierung und digitale Vertriebsprozesse und möchtest dein Wissen in der Praxis weiter ausbauen. - Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und hast Spaß daran, Prozesse zu dokumentieren und zu optimieren. - Du bist technisch interessiert und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Funktionen und Tools ein. - Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. - Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist zuverlässig und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit unserem Team Kundenprojekte erfolgreich umzusetzen. We are looking for a Part-Time Bilingual Operations Specialist to help employers confirm health plan eligibility for dependents currently enrolled on their health plan. This is a remote, part-time position working 20 - 30 hours per week. The ideal schedule is currently 8:00 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
