Requirements - Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to analysts and project support resources. - Coaches team members on requirements quality, stakeholder management, solution design and best practices. - Adheres and furthers established standards for documentation, backlog refinement and release preparation. - Conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members. - Assists with prioritizing work within an iteration and targeted release. - Documents the clients’ business needs in the form of user stories. - Creates business process and technical diagrams for shared understanding of how system capabilities connect across processes data, integrations, reporting, compliance and the user experience. - Contributes to roadmap planning and prioritization. - Evaluates new or enhanced solutions to determine potential issues and communicates how problems may affect business and recommends solutions. - Creates defect and enhancement items to be added to the backlog, collaborates with software engineer for mutual understanding. - Assists in evaluation of business requests to determine feasibility, researches and identifies options.
