Role Description This is a remote position. Experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and FDMEE (Data Management) professional with a strong finance background to support and maintain Hyperion financial management application and FDMEE. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HFM and FDMEE, with excellent technical, functional, and analytical skills. This role requires deep expertise in HFM metadata management, HFM rules file updates, data integration, troubleshooting, and month-end close and Forecast cycle support. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Oracle HFM and FDMEE (Data Management). - Educational background in Finance (CA, MBA Finance, M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent). - Solid experience with HFM metadata updates, rules file changes, and month-end close support. - Strong hands-on knowledge in FDMEE integrations, event scripting, and data transformation logic. - Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with finance teams to address operational issues and system-related enhancements. - Strong understanding of Financial Accounting, Consolidations, Intercompany Eliminations, Foreign Currency Translation, and Financial Reporting. - Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting (FR). - Knowledge of SQL, scripting used in FDMEE (Data Management). - Experience with application LCM Migrations. Requirements - Manage day-to-day administration of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management application. - Manage and enhance HFM Rules File (e.g., Calc, Consolidation, Translation, Validation rules) whenever changes are required. - Provide strong support during Month-End Close, including consolidations, data validations, and issue resolution. - Monitor and troubleshoot HFM consolidation and data load errors. - Assist in HFM application maintenance, performance tuning, and periodic upgrades. - Analyze business requirements and implement HFM enhancements aligned with financial processes. - Experience with resolving Smart View issues. - Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and SOPs. - Manage day-to-day administration of FDMEE (Data Management) including locations, import formats, mappings, data load rules, Period mappings, check rule groups, check entity groups, logic groups, event scripts, reports and batch execution jobs. - Build and maintain File-based Import Formats (Excel, CSV, text files) whenever required. - Configure and validate Entity Groups and Rule Groups to align with business processes. - Monitor scheduled jobs and integrations to ensure timely execution. - Troubleshoot and resolve data load failures, validation errors, and mapping issues. - Reconcile loaded data with Finance teams. - Provide functional and technical support during close cycles. - Coordinate with Finance and IT teams for enhancements and issue resolution. - Debug and enhance FDMEE Event Scripts (Jython) such as BefImport, AftImport etc. - Build and maintain Locations, Data Load Rules, and Data Load Mappings. - Troubleshoot reconciliation issues between source systems and HFM to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Role Description The System Adoption and Enablement Lead owns how the Platform is introduced, explained, adopted, and reinforced across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Success, Operations, and end users, serving as the human layer between system complexity and user confidence.
