Property and Casualty Insurance Broker

• Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. • Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and process new policies or policy changes. • Proactively contact clients to ensure we continuously provide the policy that best meets their needs at a competitive price. • Communicate effectively by phone, email and SMS to build trusted relationships with our clients. • Deliver exceptional customer service. • Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. • Keep accurate notes of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM. • Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to achieve team objectives. • Participate in developing strategies to increase client retention and overall satisfaction. • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends. • Take part in training sessions and professional development activities. • Progress into a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first two years with us.
Job Requirements
- You hold a valid AMF license (Autorité des marchés financiers).
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant customer service experience.
- You are proactive and have strong problem-solving skills.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- You are a quick learner with an interest in technology.
