• Manage the full lifecycle of application and system projects from intake through delivery using SAFe DevSecOps frameworks. • Lead Agile Scrum teams, ensuring alignment across products, deliverables, and project timelines. • Collaborate with technical leads to support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure modernization efforts. • Develop and manage project schedules using Agile project management methodologies and tools. • Provide regular reporting on project milestones, risks, blockers, and escalation needs. • Present project plans, roadmaps, and progress updates to VA leadership and key stakeholders. • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing IT projects, including risk identification and mitigation.
  • Strong experience leading complex projects in Agile environments (SAFe preferred).
  • Proven ability to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Additional Qualifications PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal government or VA projects is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD processes.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Role Description The Senior, Project Management has direct responsibility for the administration and implementation of all assigned construction and capital projects.
