Role Description Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Senior Projektmanager *in Produktentwicklung (deutschsprachig, in Vollzeit, remote oder in Berlin). - Projektmanagement: Du verantwortest die Entwicklung von Neuprodukten und die Weiterentwicklung von Bestandsprodukten im Bereich hochwertigen Design-Kochgeschirrs sowie der damit verbundenen Begleitmaterialien (Anleitungen, Verpackungen etc.). Dabei verantwortest du die Projekte von der Produktidee bis zur Markteinführung. - Koordination: Du steuerst interne Stakeholder*innen und externe Dienstleister*innen und Produktionsunternehmen (von Industriedesign über Einkauf und Supply Chain bis zur Qualitätssicherung und dem Marketing). - Planung und Controlling: Du erstellst und überwachst Projektpläne, Timings und Budgets und pflegst entsprechende Reports. - Qualitätsmanagement: Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung von Funktionalität sowie Design- und Qualitätsstandards. - Interne Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst Projektzwischenstände und -ergebnisse innerhalb des Teams, damit alle Beteiligten auf dem aktuellen Stand sind. - Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Gemeinsam mit dem Team hinterfragst und optimierst du unsere Produktentstehungsprozesse. Qualifications - Du hast dein Studium im Bereich BWL, Ingenieurwesen (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. Ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen. - Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung von Consumer Goods, idealerweise Cookware oder Haushaltsgeräten, und bringst eine ausgeprägte Sensibilität für Produktdesign, Qualitätsstandards und Fertigungsdetails mit. - Du bringst deine ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Management von externen Manufacturing-Dienstleistern ein. - Darüber hinaus besitzt du ein gutes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und verschiedene Produktmaterialien. - Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen, z. B. IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma o. Ä., sind von Vorteil. - Du kommunizierst proaktiv, bist detailorientiert und sorgst für eine nachhaltige Umsetzung auf Lieferantenseite und bei internen Stakeholder*innen. - Kritische Gespräche gehst du selbstbewusst und lösungsorientiert an. - Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit relevanten Software-Tools (z.B. Google Workspace, Projektmanagement-Tools u. a.). - Dein Deutsch ist fließend in Wort und Schrift, dein Englisch ist konversationssicher. - Du hast Freude am Kochen, an hochwertigem Kochgeschirr sowie an designorientierten Consumer Products.
