Accounting Associate – Contract

• Review, triage, and respond to incoming AP correspondence through the Finance email inbox in a timely and organized manner • Maintain complete and accurate records for all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation • Review credit card transactions and follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding items • Enter, verify, and reconcile financial data across systems, and assist with data cleanup projects to support overall data integrity • Execute standard accounts payable workflows independently, adhering to internal controls and departmental procedures
Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy across data and documentation
- Comfort working in financial systems, such as NetSuite
- Understanding of general accounting principles
