• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis • Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and organizational policies • Oversee general ledger processes and accounting operations • Coordinate internal and external audits, including year-end audit support • Develop and maintain financial systems, reporting metrics, and internal controls • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities • Optimize accounting workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy • Provide financial insights and participate in strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on financial planning and reporting • Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and collaboration

• Manage daily finance reconciliations across multiple channels and states • Develop a strong understanding of BetMGM’s revenue cycle and reporting process • Assist the Revenue Accounting team in performing month end reconciliations • Identify reconciling financial differences and take ownership of daily investigations • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team during variance investigations • Work closely with the Risk, Trading and Customer Operations teams during investigations • Provide support on all internal and external audit requests • Provide support to the wider finance team with ad-hoc requests as required

• Collect and validate monthly billing data from affiliate platforms and internal reporting. • Prepare and issue Nota Fiscal (NF) invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with operators and internal stakeholders to resolve billing questions and exceptions. • Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances. • Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies. • Reconcile collections with bank transactions and maintain visibility on cash inflows. • Act as the main liaison with the external accounting firm. • Support monthly closings by ensuring timely and accurate documentation. • Monitor tax filings, tax payments, and compliance deadlines. • Manage invoice corrections, reissuance, and other administrative adjustments. • Identify opportunities to improve invoicing, collection, and reporting processes. • Serve as the local finance point of contact.

• Drive the month end close process as a key part of the accounting team by taking ownership of certain tasks, expenses, revenue, and payroll sections of the P&L • Create and review journal entries in the GL along with preparing and reviewing excellent supporting schedules • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations including investigating aged or unreconciled items • Investigate and resolve both current and historical issues with our different transaction types • Implement accounting processes for new product streams or initiatives • Identify areas for improvement and drive process improvements • Work with our external auditors to ensure the timely completion of reviews and audits • Educate coworkers regarding financial practices, implications, and policies • Provide ad hoc analysis support to business leaders and key partners for complex accounting questions • Serve as a mentor and resource to more junior team members
