About the Role By the Pixel is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team who is hungry to have a role in our growth. You will lead accounts by helping direct strategy and team focus. You will build relationships with clients based on trust and respect and act as the client’s liaison to internal staff, always with the client’s goals in mind. A successful candidate should be passionate about innovation and have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Owns accounts throughout the lifecycle, through launch, and beyond. Leads project strategy creation and writes creative briefs, considering industry trends and client needs/goals. Schedules and leads project kick-off meetings. Onboards staff to accounts and projects. Attends planning meetings and provides insight as needed. Manages the client and internal team to ensure project milestones are reached. Implements and maintains documentation structures across the account. Review all deliverables before client delivery, including design, development, content, and marketing deliverables. Demos deliverables to clients, internal staff, and stakeholders as needed. Keeps accurate records about accounts and milestones. Reviews time entries for projects on a monthly basis for accuracy and adjusts the time that will get invoiced as needed. Sends monthly invoices to clients and follows up as needed to ensure payment. Communicates client needs with the internal team, identifying and addressing questions for clarity ahead of time. Meets with clients regularly to discuss project status updates, approvals, new requests, MVPs/feature lists, due dates, and next steps on the accounts. Serves as intake for bug and feature requests and ensures their completion. Anticipates issues from past experiences to prevent recurring problems from surfacing. Participates in post-mortem meetings based on follow-up with the team and client to identify successes and failures. Identifies opportunities for future work with new and existing clients and pitches these ideas to clients with sound reasoning and justification. Leads proposal generation for new work. Communicates with accounts to understand upcoming work timelines for the purpose of internal resource planning. Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure –supported by our CCO and Head of Institutional Sales– ensuring alignment with Keyrock’s institutional sales objectives.
