Role Description The Central Data Team (CDT) is only a few months old, but data has been Keyrock's lifeblood since day one. We're now building the Keyrock Data Platform to give Keyrockers, and the AI agents working alongside them, the data and context they need to act fast and autonomously within agreed boundaries and aligned with our shared goals. Doing that means taking data from across the company and making sense of it in real time for all the functions that depend on it: trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research to name a few. You'd be one of the early hires in CDT and we expect you to contribute to most of the bigger decisions and build work. The standards we settle on and the way the team ends up working are still open. - Build streaming and batch pipelines that ingest, normalise, and distribute market, trading, and portfolio data, resilient to feed and exchange failures. - Build the self-serve tooling (SDKs, patterns, templates, AI agents) so other teams publish, consume, and build on data products without waiting on us. - Own data contracts and schema evolution. Keep schema changes from turning into multi-team coordination events. - Design the lakehouse and time-series layer around consumer query patterns. - Build and evolve the Data Governance and Data Quality Framework: stale-feed detection, schema validation, range checks, idempotent writes, lineage, ownership, self-healing. - Build the derived analytics the business runs on: cross-exchange spreads, VWAP at depth, order book microstructure for the desks; portfolio views, exposure, performance for wealth and asset management. - Make observability, cost, and performance first-class from day one. - Treat infrastructure as code (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) alongside our Central Infrastructure Team. - Work in the open: write things down, partner closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the rest of the teams. Qualifications - 8+ years of building production data systems that other people rely on. - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL: not just being able to write a query, but being able to reason about what the engine is doing with it. - Code that's easy for someone else to read, test, and delete later. - Strong understanding of data modelling for both streaming and analytical workloads. - Efficiency, quality, idempotency, and observability are taken seriously by default. Requirements - You've designed and operated streaming systems on Kafka, Redpanda, MSK, or Kinesis, and you have opinions about partitioning, consumer groups, offsets, and schema registries. - You've used a time-series store in production (ClickHouse ideally; TimescaleDB, QuestDB, or similar are fine too) and can talk about table design as a function of query patterns. - You've worked with a lakehouse architecture and reason about table layout, partitioning, and compaction as design choices that shape query performance and storage cost. - You build for self-healing and idempotency. Reprocessing is safe, retries don't double-write, and the system recovers without a human in the loop. - Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD are how you work, not a separate "DevOps" thing. - You think about cost and performance early. - You instrument as you build: logs, metrics, and traces are part of the system from day one. - You design for data quality and governance up front covering contracts, validation, lineage, and ownership. Nice to Have - Lakehouse experience with Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake. - Familiarity with DataHub or similar metadata/lineage platforms. - Rust. • We are seeking a **Product Manager** to lead our **Platform’s Back Office** squad. The engine room that ensures our global trading operations are scalable, transparent, and bulletproof. • In this role, you are the architect of order. You don't just manage a backlog; you are a master of discovery who thrives on turning operational chaos into streamlined, automated flows. You will sit at the critical intersection of Trade Ops, Finance, and Risk, acting as the primary translator between complex business requirements and high-performance engineering. You will also coordinate with our other squads including risk management data layer or mica compliance among others. • Like a seasoned cartographer, you will visualize existing "invisible" processes, identify where value is leaking, and build the "sources of truth" (books, inventories, and settlement logics) that allow Keyrock to scale safely in a regulated, multi-asset world. • A successful candidate will be measured by their ability to deliver tangible impact across these critical areas in the first 12 months: - Audit and visualize end-to-end settlement and trade support flows to define a clear technical roadmap. - Build and drive adoption of centralized books and inventories to eliminate fragmented data. - Reduce manual work and shorten time to close for financial reporting through automation. - Align Risk, Finance, and Trade Ops requirements through a unified product discovery process. - Ensure our products support MiCA and counterparty data requirements by design.

This includes providing strategic guidance on regulatory obligations, overseeing the implementation of compliance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies across all business activities.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). • Kubernetes Administration: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications, ensuring high availability and security. • Automation & CI/CD: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment, testing, and monitoring of applications. • Observability & Monitoring: Develop comprehensive monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, LGTM stack, or similar tools to improve system reliability. • Security & Compliance: Apply best practices for cloud security, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.). • Incident Response & Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to optimize performance. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with software engineering, architecture and security teams to promote DevOps culture and best practices. • Disaster Recovery & Reliability Engineering: Design failover and backup strategies to ensure business continuity in the event of failures.

• Align the product roadmaps of the OTC, Market Making, and DeFi desks to ensure a unified "One-Firm" experience for institutional clients. • Partner with Risk and Quant teams to define the product logic for cross-asset margining. • Manage the "IT Demand" process, ensuring product and engineering resources are focused on initiatives with the highest firm-wide ROI rather than individual desk "noise." • Partner closely with the Commercial teams to decode market trends and client pain points. You will translate these insights into a multi-year strategic roadmap, moving the firm from reactive feature-building to a proactive market-leading position. • Translate global crypto regulations (MiCA, SEC, etc.) into scalable product features, ensuring compliance, security, and best practice for digital operations are embedded in the trading workflow, not an afterthought.
