Role Description We are seeking an Admissions Representative to join our Corporate Admissions team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from their initial inquiry through the admissions process until they are successfully enrolled and begin their program. You'll build relationships, answer questions, conduct admissions interviews, schedule appointments, and provide ongoing support while partnering closely with campus admissions teams. This is a remote, phone-based position where you'll spend much of your day speaking with prospective students, managing follow-up activities, and working toward clearly defined enrollment and performance goals in a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do - Manage inbound and outbound communications with prospective students throughout the admissions process - Conduct admissions interviews to understand applicants' career goals and determine program fit - Clearly explain educational programs, admissions requirements, and the enrollment process - Guide prospective students from inquiry through application and enrollment readiness - Schedule appointments and interviews while maintaining consistent follow-up - Build and cultivate your pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and ongoing engagement - Accurately document all interactions and activities within company systems - Partner with campus admissions, financial aid, and other internal teams to provide a seamless student experience - Maintain compliance with admissions policies and regulatory requirements - Meet daily activity, quality, and enrollment goals while delivering exceptional customer service How You'll Be Measured - Daily outbound and inbound activity - Interview and appointment completion - Inquiry-to-application conversion - Enrollment and start outcomes - Follow-up consistency and pipeline management - Customer service and call quality - CRM documentation accuracy - Adherence to admissions policies and processes Qualifications - High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) - Previous admissions, inside sales, recruiting, or enrollment experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and related business applications - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team Requirements - Customer service or consultative sales experience (preferred) - Outbound calling or high-volume phone experience (preferred) - Experience working toward performance metrics and goals (preferred) - Experience using CRM or database management systems (preferred) Benefits - 401(k) with company match - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Life insurance options - Paid parental leave - Paid time off (PTO) - Tuition reimbursement - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
