• Serve as a point of contact on Hospital/ED calls to assist with discharge planning and coordination of care needs following an ED/inpatient admission • Provide short-term care coordination on a case-by-case basis, which may include working with management to remove barriers to expedite ED discharge; for members who are inpatient, safe and timely discharge will be facilitated by providing viable and appropriate recommendations • Link and/or refer members, guardians, hospital/ED staff and stakeholders to various services, providers or community resources specific to the population being served • Participate on various cross-functional projects or tasks • Review and maintain data, information, and documentation • Work collaboratively with internal departments to identify, communicate and track needed services, providers, and resources

• Conduct sales via telephone (telemarketing) • Prospect, follow up with, and maintain the customer portfolio • Prepare parts quotes • Issue orders and invoices • Track orders with customers and the shipping/dispatch department

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored mortgage protection solutions • Educate clients on life insurance policies with living benefits for disability, critical illness, or chronic conditions • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources • Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and carrier offerings • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, high-energy team

• Researching and analyzing accounts to ensure underpayments are identified and recovered. • Communicate directly with payors to follow up on outstanding underpayments. • File underpayment appeals with payors. • Resolve account variance and ensure timely and accurate recovery of underpayments. • Identify root cause of underpayments, denials, and delayed payments. • Document all activity accurately in the client’s host system, Ensemble IQ, or other tracking systems. • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness by making recommendations and communicating trends.
