Clinical Supervisor – MD/DO/PMHNP
Centennial Mental Health Center, Inc.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and substance use assessments across the lifespan. • Diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders using evidence-based practices. • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications and medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD). • Monitor treatment effectiveness, safety, adherence, and side effects. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, DEA regulations, and Colorado PDMP requirements.
Job Requirements
- MD or DO with experience in Psychiatry OR
- PMHNP with national certification and prescriptive authority
- Active Colorado license in good standing (DORA)
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority required
- DATA waiver (if applicable) or willingness to obtain MOUD prescribing competency
- Minimum 3 years post-licensure psychiatric prescribing experience

• Researching and analyzing accounts to ensure underpayments are identified and recovered. • Communicate directly with payors to follow up on outstanding underpayments. • File underpayment appeals with payors. • Resolve account variance and ensure timely and accurate recovery of underpayments. • Identify root cause of underpayments, denials, and delayed payments. • Document all activity accurately in the client’s host system, Ensemble IQ, or other tracking systems. • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness by making recommendations and communicating trends.
