Parts Sales Representative

Grupo IESA

• Conduct sales via telephone (telemarketing) • Prospect, follow up with, and maintain the customer portfolio • Prepare parts quotes • Issue orders and invoices • Track orders with customers and the shipping/dispatch department

Job Requirements

  • Valid Category B driver's license
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous sales experience preferred, ideally at a dealership
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn
  • Empathy and ability to build rapport in sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections effectively
