Parts Sales Representative
Grupo IESA
• Conduct sales via telephone (telemarketing) • Prospect, follow up with, and maintain the customer portfolio • Prepare parts quotes • Issue orders and invoices • Track orders with customers and the shipping/dispatch department
Job Requirements
- Valid Category B driver's license
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous sales experience preferred, ideally at a dealership
- Clear and concise communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility and creativity
- Proactivity and willingness to learn
- Empathy and ability to build rapport in sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections effectively
