• Provide expert support to international customers, addressing their applications needs and resolving equipment and software issues • Lead and mentor junior staff, encouraging professional development and high performance • Ensure timely and successful completion of work according to the planned schedule • Independently lead projects to support building improvements, software application and control testing, and applications development • Work together with Engineering, Software, Science, and Production groups on special projects • Maintain a positive attitude and promote continuous improvement within the team.

• Support the analytical development and testing activities necessary to advance vaccine candidates through the development pipeline. • Report to the Senior Manager, CMC Analytical Sciences. • Collect, monitor, and interpret analytical testing data from external laboratories. • Provide technical direction and guidance to CDMOs and external labs. • Collaborate internally to progress assets swiftly through development and into commercialization. • Provide guidance and troubleshoot analytical method issues. • Support tech transfer activities between external labs/CDMOs. • Provide review and authoring support for analytical and stability sections of regulatory submissions. • Participate in the development of internal systems and standards related to late-phase analytical development.

• Owns the development and execution of plans to achieve NRTL status • Leads and owns interaction with OSHA and accreditation bodies • Works with technical team to develop and maintain all of the necessary quality documentation required for accreditations • Ensures that the entire team is aware of accreditation requirements and their role in achieving and maintaining accreditations • Manage internal audits and management reviews as well as internal training on policies and requirements • Works with leadership to instill a culture of quality throughout the organization • Analyze existing operational processes using Lean Six Sigma tools (VSM, DMAIC, root cause analysis) to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies. • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and DMAIC projects to deliver measurable business results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to establish metrics, track project progress, and validate improvements. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by training and coaching cross-functional teams on Lean principles, Kaizen, and 5S. • Provide regular progress updates to leadership • Other duties as assigned
