• The Pricing & Financial Modeling Manager leads the development and execution of advanced funding & pricing strategies, financial models, and portfolio valuation tools for technology lifecycle management, leasing programs, and asset recovery services. • This role is a key strategic partner to commercial, finance, and investment teams, responsible for structuring scalable, capital-efficient, and risk-optimized solutions for enterprise clients, data centers, and public sector organizations. • This role is responsible for building and maintaining advanced financial models used to evaluate lifecycle economics, residual value optimization, leasing and project finance structures, and portfolio monetization opportunities related to enterprise IT and data center assets. • The role also includes the preparation and oversight of credit and funding files ensuring robust financial analysis, risk assessment and documentation to support internal approvals, external financing partners and capital deployment decisions. • The position drives strategic commercial initiatives across technology lifecycle management, and data center lifecycle solutions while helping drive financially sustainable and scalable business growth. • The Pricing & Financial Modeling Manager works cross-functionally with global stakeholders to support the funding & pricing strategy, investment analysis, asset recovery initiatives, and operational decision-making. • The role also contributes to continuous improvement efforts by enhancing funding & pricing methodologies, valuation frameworks, and financial reporting capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant financial certifications are considered an asset.
- Substantial experience (over 7 years) in financial modeling, pricing analysis, asset finance, leasing, infrastructure finance, technology lifecycle management, or related fields.
- Experience supporting commercial pricing, investment analysis, or portfolio valuation activities in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of discounted cash flow analysis, NPV, IRR, residual value modeling, and portfolio valuation methodologies.
- Experience developing advanced financial models and commercial pricing structures.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT hardware markets, leasing models, circular economy concepts, or data center infrastructure including energy is considered an asset.
- Experience analyzing lifecycle economics, refurbishment strategies, or secondary market asset values is preferred.
- Experience working in an international and cross-functional business environment is valued.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills required.
- Experience with financial modeling tools and large datasets.
- Familiarity with ERP and financial systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
