Systems Analyst, Oracle EBS – Financial Systems Support (Mid-level)

• Seek a Mid-level Systems Analyst focused on Financial Systems Support who combines strong technical skills with a functional understanding of financial processes; • Work in large corporate environments — both national and multinational — managing the stability, availability and continuous evolution of mission-critical applications; • Demonstrate expertise in supporting and maintaining financial systems, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite (versions R11 and R12); • Ensure SLA compliance, risk mitigation and continuity of corporate processes. • Perform support and maintenance of critical environments, ensuring availability and stability of financial systems; • Produce complex analyses and incident diagnostics, apply bug fixes and handle requests effectively; • Monitor and integrate systems, ensuring smooth processes and connectivity between different modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, PO, INV, OM, HR, WE, OKC, QP, among others); • Develop and maintain scripts, reports, XML Publisher templates and workflows using Oracle Forms, PL/SQL (procedures, packages, functions, triggers) and optimize SQL queries; • Administer Oracle databases, conducting operational monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing continuous process improvements; • Manage SLAs and OLAs, proactively identifying recurring issues and proposing initiatives to improve the efficiency of the financial environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
- Experience in support and maintenance of mission-critical financial systems, preferably in large corporate environments;
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (versions R11 and R12) and the following modules:
- General Ledger (GL);
- Accounts Receivable (AR);
- Accounts Payable (AP);
- Fixed Assets (FA);
- Purchasing (PO);
- Inventory (INV);
- Order Management (OM);
- Human Resources (HR);
- Workflow Engine (WE);
- Contracts (OKC);
- Pricing (QP);
- Financial interfaces and integrations (IE, RI);
- Experience developing and maintaining Oracle Forms, creating reports, XML Publisher templates and workflows using Workflow Builder;
- Advanced PL/SQL development, including creating procedures, packages, functions and triggers, and expertise in SQL query optimization;
- Experience in high-availability environments, with a strong focus on SLA compliance, incident management and problem resolution;
- Analytical profile, sense of priority, business awareness, proactivity and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and Spanish for interaction with international and Latin American teams;
- Experience in regulated, financial, risk and compliance environments;
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and management of incidents, problems and changes.

• Work closely with the HSF Kramer Digital Finance senior team • Assist on a broad range of transactions including securitisation and structured finance, energy finance, project finance and infrastructure, real estate finance and leveraged finance • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact • Manage workload to support optimal utilisation; lead lawyer or key point of contact; delegate and provide feedback to juniors • Manage, develop and strengthen client relationships through anticipating client needs • Comply with firm policies and contribute to billing and engagement processes • Actively contribute and, where appropriate, take the lead in seeking to improve processes and offer innovative solutions
• Lead financial analysis, planning and data mining efforts for business segments • Directly support FP&A Finance/Segments and coordinate with multiple departments • Manages financials of assigned accounts/product lines • Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to understand financial results • Present close results, operational data, and forecasts to senior leadership • Provide coaching, review and delegation of work to lower level professionals • Conducts periodic audits of operations
