Job Description

Financial Analyst

Cisco

• Conducts financial analysis to support client engagements, strategic initiatives, and internal business decisions • Participates in client meetings to understand financial and regulatory position, define analysis objectives, and establish deliverables • Collaborates with bank clients to gather required data and inputs for analysis • Builds, updates, and maintains financial models to forecast performance, evaluate risk, and support capital planning • Performs loan-level and portfolio-level analysis and prepares reports, dashboards, and client deliverables • Supports the presentation and delivery of analysis results to clients and internal stakeholders • Works with clients on an ongoing basis to support implementation and integration of analytical findings • Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics • Assists with budgeting, long-term planning, and forecast updates based on changing business conditions and market trends • Identifies financial risks and contributes to the development of mitigation strategies • Ensures accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory expectations and internal controls • Collaborates cross-functionally to support operational and strategic initiatives • Communicates financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within the finance function • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Generally, 1-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting
  • Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, financial planning software)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
