• Redesign the entire outbound sales funnel (ICP → prospecting → qualification → closing → expansion). • Directly lead 3 BDRs and 3 Sales Executives, aligning processes and targets. • Build and run forecasting, pipeline review, and performance 1:1 rituals. • Ensure revenue predictability and forecast accuracy ≥ 90%. • Standardize outbound cadences (cold email, LinkedIn, call scripts). • Increase team productivity (25%+ more meetings and 15%+ higher close rate within 6 months). • Manage the active customer base (600 clients), reducing churn and driving upsell. • Integrate prospecting, CRM, and marketing data to enable data-driven decisions. • Report directly to the CEO and participate in the company's strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience managing teams with BDRs and Sales Executives (min. 5 people).
- Strong command of consultative selling (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale).
- Experience in outbound operations and predictable pipeline generation processes.
- Strong expertise with CRM and sales metrics (MRR, LTV, CAC, churn, NRR).
- Analytical, organized, autonomous, and goal-oriented profile.
- Clear communicator, hands-on leader with an owner mentality.
- Preferred: experience at companies such as Ramper, Exact Sales, Ploomes, Omi, Pipefy, RD Station, Zenvia, etc.
- Plus: experience in transitioning from inbound to outbound models and/or PLG.
- Plus: experience using generative AI and sales automation to optimize outbound cadences, personalize outreach, analyze performance, and scale the sales operation.
