• Provide support to attorneys • Draft various procedural filings and pleadings • Greet clients with ongoing cases and provide information on requests when instructed by the attorney • Contact and assist clients under the supervision of attorneys • Complete tasks entered in the CPJ Agenda • Strictly comply with assigned procedural deadlines, observing the D-1 rule • Submit filings in strict compliance with Silva & Freitas’ document formatting standards • Perform preliminary case review for hearings when requested by the attorney • Request client scheduling and rescheduling from reception via CPJ • Update legal basis (legislation and case law) in filings • Attend hearings as required or at the attorney’s convenience • Conduct research on case law and legal arguments • Attend court for various activities • Photocopy and scan documents • Enter all client information and contacts into CPJ • Review case files and enter data on courts’ websites • File pleadings with the courts • Prepare reports related to assigned activities • Participate in courses offered or recommended by the firm • Participate in and assist with the preparation of mini-courses when requested • Keep your workspace organized • Maintain appropriate noise levels in the shared work environment out of respect for colleagues’ need to concentrate • Keep common areas (kitchen and restrooms) clean and organized (corporate citizenship) • Respond to requests from the immediate supervisor • Act as an ambassador for Silva & Freitas’ values • Conduct professional activities strictly in accordance with the decorum established in Silva & Freitas’ Internal Regulations

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed persons • Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients • Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments • Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information

• Gather and interpret oncology-specific clinical data from diverse sources • Support clinical research • Enhance patient outcomes • Drive quality improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain data integrity

• Telephonic screening, brief intervention, and referral of members to a mood and/or anxiety specialty treatment provider • Apply active listening, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing skills to understand each member’s needs and provide support as they set goals • Utilize knowledge of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to coach members as part of their care journey • Employ motivational interviewing to assist members in engaging in care • Identify an appropriate level of care, facilitate referral, and coordinate care with a Spring Health provider • Provide consultation regarding mental health concerns and family/relationship issues, as appropriate to member needs • As necessary, provide in-the-moment support and safety planning for members with safety, risks or crisis • Utilize written communication skills to interact with members and providers through email • Document information, maintain accurate records, perform follow-ups, and track progress within several systems – including an EHR – within required timeframes • Identify and problem-solve issues that serve as a barrier or disruption to care • Interact with multi-disciplinary teams such as care support, provider operations, and benefits/billing to ensure a smooth member experience • Assisting other specialty care teams (SUD, Trauma, and Eating Disorders), as needed • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
