Role Description We’re seeking an AI Leadership Facilitator to coordinate and deliver a postgraduate-level online programme in AI Leadership. This role blends academic rigour with applied leadership insight, supporting learners through live sessions, mentorship, and feedback. - Lead and facilitate weekly live online sessions using structured course materials. - Supervise Assistant Facilitators, ensuring consistent learner engagement and marking quality. - Provide 1-to-1 guidance and academic feedback to learners in line with defined rubrics. - Monitor and maintain high standards of delivery, assessment, and learner satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to manage content updates and resolve challenges. - Participate in programme review discussions, sharing insights for continuous improvement. - Represent the programme in internal panels or forums as required. - Ensure all academic activity aligns with established frameworks and standards. Qualifications - Hold Relevant PHD - University level lecturing and marking experience or similar - Demonstrated experience teaching or facilitating within structured academic or executive education settings. - Strong understanding of AI leadership, governance, strategy, and ethics within business or organisational contexts. - Skilled at moderating and engaging online groups of senior professionals. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for academic facilitation and learner interaction. - Proven ability to mentor and coordinate supporting facilitators. - Organised, proactive, and dependable in managing multiple delivery timelines. - Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating remotely with diverse teams. - Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience preferred. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience facilitating technology delivery, team execution, or agile ceremonies within a software engineering or technical environment. - 2+ years of experience tracking, analyzing, and communicating delivery status, progress metrics, or milestone schedules to stakeholders. - 1+ years of experience coordinating dependencies, managing delivery risks, or resolving operational bottlenecks for technology teams. - 1+ years of experience utilizing delivery tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Rally, or similar) to manage backlogs, track work items, and compile reports. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related technical field. - Active Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-ACP). - Experience working with remote, distributed teams in a global setting. - Experience utilizing approved AI, automation, or productivity tools to automate status reporting, analyze metrics, or generate sprint summaries. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused mindset.
